§1 General provisions
These Terms set out the rules for making payments and donations to Fundacja #teamLitewka via the litewka.team website. Payments may be made by natural and legal persons using the available online payment methods.
§2 Definitions
Payment – a monetary donation made to Fundacja #teamLitewka via an online payment system. Donor – a natural or legal person making a Payment. Payment operator – an entity handling payment transactions (e.g. Przelewy24, PayU, Stripe). Foundation – Fundacja #teamLitewka, with its registered office in Sosnowiec.
§3 Rules for making payments
Payments are made voluntarily and constitute a donation for the Foundation’s statutory purposes. The minimum payment amount is PLN 1.00. Payments are processed via secure online payment systems. The Donor receives confirmation of the payment at the e-mail address provided. The Foundation does not charge any commission on payments — any transaction costs are borne by the payment operator.
§4 Refunds
Due to the nature of the payments (donations), they are, as a rule, non-refundable. In justified cases (e.g. an incorrect amount or a duplicate transaction), the Donor may request a refund from the Foundation at: kontakt@litewka.team. The refund is made to the account from which the payment was made, within 14 business days of the request being accepted.
§5 Personal data protection
The controller of Donors’ personal data is Fundacja #teamLitewka. The data are processed solely for the purpose of processing the payment, issuing a donation confirmation and fulfilling legal obligations. Detailed information on data processing is available in the Privacy Policy.
§6 Complaints
Complaints concerning online payments should be sent to: kontakt@litewka.team. A complaint should include: the Donor’s details, the date and amount of the payment, and a description of the problem. The Foundation will consider the complaint within 14 days of its receipt and will inform the Donor of the outcome electronically.
§7 Final provisions
The Foundation reserves the right to amend these Terms. Donors will be notified of any amendments via the website. Matters not governed by these Terms shall be subject to the provisions of Polish law. These Terms enter into force on the date of their publication on the litewka.team website.
