§1 General provisions
These Terms set out the rules for using the litewka.team and zwierzopaczka.pl websites (jointly: the Website) operated by Fundacja #teamLitewka, with its registered office in Sosnowiec, ul. Krzysztofa Kamila Baczyńskiego 25a, 41-203 Sosnowiec. Use of the Website constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
§2 Definitions
Website – the websites available at litewka.team and its subdomains, and at zwierzopaczka.pl. User – any person using the Website. Account – a User’s individual account in the Fundacja #teamLitewka ecosystem, operated by login.litewka.team and common to all parts of the Website. Service Provider – Fundacja #teamLitewka.
§3 Scope of services
The Website makes it possible to: create a user account, log in using an e-mail address and password or a one-time login link sent to an e-mail address, optionally secure the account with two-step verification, use notifications and alerts within the Alert Litewka service, browse content made available by Fundacja #teamLitewka, and – on the zwierzopaczka.pl website – sign up for a notification about the start of the Zwierzopaczka campaign, browse the map of shelter goals, and submit shelter goals by logged-in Users authorised to represent the shelter. The services are provided free of charge unless expressly stated otherwise.
§4 User account
Registering an account requires providing an e-mail address. The User is responsible for keeping the access credentials to their account confidential. The User may delete their account at any time in the profile settings. Deletion of an account is irreversible: account and profile data are deleted, while content submitted by the User on the Website, such as shelter goal submissions, remains detached from the account and without contact details. Data that the Service Provider is required to retain under applicable law are deleted after the required period expires.
§5 User obligations
The User undertakes to: use the Website in accordance with applicable law and good practice, refrain from any actions that could disrupt the operation of the Website, refrain from attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Website’s systems, and refrain from sharing content that infringes the rights of third parties.
§6 Liability
The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure that the Website operates properly and without interruption. The Service Provider shall not be liable for: interruptions in the operation of the Website resulting from technical causes, loss of data caused by force majeure, or content published by users.
§7 Personal data protection
The controller of personal data is Fundacja #teamLitewka. Detailed information on the processing of personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy available at litewka.team/pl/polityka-prywatnosci.
§8 Final provisions
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms. Users will be notified of any amendments electronically. Matters not governed by these Terms shall be subject to the provisions of Polish law. These Terms enter into force on the date of their publication on the Website.
